EasySeal exhaust clamps are made from 100% 304 stainless steel for a simple, effective way to connect exhaust system components such as pipes and mufflers and are ideal for slip joint applications. The patented design makes for fast, easy and accurate installation - there's no need to separate pipes or exhaust members before clamping. EasySeal clamps are available in standard industry sizes ranging from 2" (50.8mm) through 6" (152.4mm). EasySeal's exclusively developed fastening system includes force bars, bolts, nuts, and patented reaction block, which creates the power to stretch the clamp band tightly around exhaust members. The reaction block provides a full 360 degree equal distribution of stretching force, prohibiting pipe distortion while completing a seal around the joined exhaust components. EasySeal Clamps are designed to be used on ID/OD style connections. For example, if you have a 2.50" exhaust, the clamp is designed to span your 2.50" OD exhaust, and the tubing that has been flared to a 2.50" ID, or over an exhaust component such as a muffler that has a 2.5" ID inlet or outlet.
