This clear plastic sheeting is paint-flake-resistant for easy cleanup, and it's also water, lacquer and solvent-resistant for versatile use on many projects. Unlike masking paper, this painter's plastic sheeting allows no bleed-through and utilizes static cling to keep the film in place. It's an ideal solution for containing job site dust and paint overspray. This painters plastic sheeting roll features an easy-to-find leading edge, giving you an easy start on paint prep. To use, unroll the needed amount of painter's plastic, and secure in place using painter's tape. Let the adhesive tape set for about 30 to 60 minutes before painting. Removal is just as easy. Wait until the paint is dry to the touch before removing the used painters tape and plastic. Lift the masking tape up by slowly pulling it back on itself, then remove at a 45-degree angle.
