Per plate holder weight capacity. 2" diameter for Olympic weight plates. 2 spring clips included for securing weight plates. Chrome plated surface for smooth racking and un-racking. Fits most power cages with 2" x 2" steel tubes with a 1" hole. Easy to insert and Lock-In design. Comes with 2 weight plate holders. Product dimensions: 11.25" L x 2.75" W x 5" h.
