If your device has a headphone jack — simply plug it in If not — use the included active USB-C adapter iPhone 7–14 require a Lightning adapter (Opis bundle recommended) iPhone 15 and newer work with the included USB-C adapter No batteries, pairing, or apps required. Quick Setup Notes (Please Read) Most connection issues are caused by incomplete insertion. For reliable operation: Push all plugs firmly until fully seated Remove thick phone cases if needed If audio does not activate immediately, reconnect once or restart the phone These steps solve the vast majority of setup problems.
