The Perlini Carbonating Cocktail System was originally designed by professional bartenders for heavy-duty restaurant and bar use. Now that same product is available for home use, with handy, recyclable CO2 cartridges. Kit contains one Perlini Carbonating Cocktail Shaker; one Perlini Hand-Held Pressurizer; six beverage-grade 16g CO2 cartridges; spare valve and gasket; and instructions. The Perlini Cocktail Shaker in this kit is exactly the same as in the Perlini restaurant version. Made of nearly indestructable BPA-free Tritan, it is easy to clean and features a built-in strainer to hold back the ice while pouring. Simply add ice to the shaker along with all of the ingredients (liquors, mixers, fruit, etc.), close the shaker, pressurize, shake for a few seconds, and you're done!
