- Only after diving into the design and specifications of the Kamasu will it be clear as to why it stands alone as a collection. “Kamasu” is the Japanese word for Barracuda, a fitting name for a watch where the triangular hour marker and arrow hands resemble teeth. The design of the bezel is a little different as well—a dotted pattern in between bold numerals. The watch also sports a day and date complication similarly to the Orient divers that came before it. The case measures at 41. 8mm across and 46. 8mm lug to lug. The Kamasu comes equipped with a solid, oyster-style bracelet (although the end links are hollow). Up front it has been upgraded with a flat sapphire crystal and under the hood you’ll find our F6922 mechanical movement that is self-winding, hand-windable and hacking.
