The Dropline is specially designed for dynamic mobility on rocky terrain. It is characterised by a lightweight air mesh construction and an optimal cushioning effect so you can last longer. The use of advanced synthetic materials in the upper allows us to use more material in the midsole, providing softer comfort when putting on. This shoe also features a quick-drying GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for long-lasting water protection and optimized breathability. The rounded Pomoca outsole provides optimal traction on all types of terrain. The S-Path design allows for natural rolling as well as a more efficient transition from heel to toe. The high-performance EVA midsole provides lightweight cushioning as well as comfort and minimises the impact force that acts on joints and muscles. Our in-house shoe technology guarantees excellent all-round protection in a wide range of alpine terrain types. The proven Salewa 3F system, the EXA shell coating and the heel cap guarantee your foot a secure hold and torsional resistance. Inside, the breathable OrthoLite footbed provides optimal cushioning, wicks away moisture and offers your feet a cooler, drier feel. The Dropline is the ideal shoe for safe ascents and descents on fast speed hiking tours in all weather conditions. It is inspired by the maximum comfort Speed Hiker and Fastpacker desire.
