The dumbbell heads are made from ASTM A48 Class 20 grey iron with a durable coating joined by a solid 1018 cold rolled steel chromed handle, making them durable and reliable. Each dumbbell features an upgraded, comfortable handle. Use dumbbells to target specific muscle groups or add resistance to your strength training routine or HIIT workout. This set allows you to start with light resistance and build your way up to heavier weights, allowing you to attain the fitness goals you’ve set.
