- S-Nubs (Silicone-Nub) only work with R-Hopped barrels. They are made specifically for certain hopups. They fit perfectly and require zero cutting. Moreover, you don't need to flatten the hop arm. R-Hop is extremely effective at hopping BBs. So normal nubs are usually too thick for R-Hop, and will overhop even if the hop-dial is at zero. Krytac Prowin Prommy, and Madbull hopups will constantly overhop if the nub is thicker than 1.5mm. VFC & Lonex hopups require 0.8mm nubs for R-Hopping. Thus, the thickness of S-Nub for Krytac Prowin Prommy, and Madbull is 1.25mm. The "sweet point" is around half at the hop-dial. S-Nub for VFC & Lonex is 0.8mm thick. To use the S-Nub, simply remove the stock nub, and drop in the S-Nub. Only 1 piece is needed. S-Nubs are Concave-shaped, thus are best-suited to the R-Hops. S-Nubs for VFC & Lonex are flat due to the 0.8mm thickness.
