Rear wheels are locked in place for better steering and have a braking system so the cart won’t roll away on slopes and hills when loading and unloading. BAG HOLDERS – Canvas bag is equipped with (2) plastic bag holders that allow fragile items like eggs, bread, fruits and vegetables to hang off the front of the cart so heavier items in cart can’t damage them.
