Compatibility & Model Specifics: This remote control is directly replacing the original RF.27.19.33 model. It also works seamlessly with OKIN control boxes (CB.12, CB.15, CB.24 series), making it ideal for upgrading older systems. However, it cannot be used with other brands or non-OKIN models. Always verify your control box brand and model before purchasing to ensure compatibility
Product Specifications & Package: The remote requires 2 AAA batteries (sold separately). It includes a streamlined wireless design with dedicated buttons for massage, under-bed light, up/down adjustments, and controls for 2 actuators/motors. The package contains 1× Okin wireless remote, ensuring easy setup and operation
Pairing Process: Insert 2 AAA batteries into the remote. Locate the control box under the bed base, and press the PAIR button twice (LED turns blue). Press and hold the remote’s PAIR button until its LED flashes. Keep within 1m. Success: control box LED turns green. Failure: LED turns off (retry). Note: For the first installation, press and hold the control box coding button to level the bed. Avoid interference from electronics
Features & Durability: Crafted from high-strength ABS plastic, the remote is resistant to drops (1.5m tested) and daily wear. Key functions include independent back/leg angle adjustments, memory positions, and safety overload protection. Its ergonomic design ensures comfort, while the wireless operation eliminates tangled wires. The intuitive layout includes dedicated buttons for convenience
Usage & Maintenance Tips: Remove the battery when not in use. If pairing issues arise, check battery power, reset the control box (hold down the pairing button until the bed flattens), reset the remote (hold down the ZG+FLAT button for 5s until the backlight flashes), or avoid electronic interference.
