[Handmade in Nepal] This Afghan Tactical Kukri Knife is a semi-polished, water-tempered blade, hand forged by Bishwakarma at ESK Kukri house factory in Nepal. This model was officially issued to Gurka troops in Afghanistan for AOEF(Afghanistan Operation Enduring Freedom).
[Perfect in Size and Weight] The 11" blade with 5.5" rosewood gripper blocker handle provides an overall length of 16.5”, with a thickness of about 9mm at the spine, creating a perfectly balanced weapon. It also comes with two small utility knives (karda and chakmak) and a protective brown sheath made of water buffalo leather.
[Durable and Multipurpose] - Made of highly graded carbon steel, the full flat tang blade extends all the way to the pommel which has a lanyard hole for wrist cord. The handle is topped and glued with two piece of rosewood and triple riveted for strength and durability making it suitable for hunting, kitchen, and heavy-duty outdoor work.
[Beautiful and Comfortable] The 5.5” Rosewood handle adds a touch of elegance to this kukri knife while also providing a comfortable grip. This full tang kukri, including the brown sheath, weighs about 800 grams, making it a tactical knife handy for both outdoor and indoor activities.The 8 inch angular forward bent blade reduces the wrist movement for quick and easy maneuvering while the handle offers perfect grip, preventing hand from slipping.
