Seasonally driven, but designed to achieve a balance of body and sweetness with lively fruit notes year-round, this espresso is perfect as a straight shot or in milk. We have carefully sourced two components for this particular blend: a coffee from Brazil, which lends a stable, sturdy body and rich sweetness, and a coffee from Colombia that adds clean, well-integrated acidity to the cup. We craft this blend to ensure an expansive flavor profile based on two components that bring out the best in each other, season to season, drink to drink.

One 2 lb bag We are committed to sourcing at least 80% of our coffees from Rainforest Alliance certified producers. This means that farmers use methods that support three pillars of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental. Independent, third-party auditors evaluate farmers against requirements in all three areas before awarding or renewing certification. Because Rainforest Alliance certification extends beyond the farm, all actors in the supply stream, including roasters as the final stewards of the coffee, must adhere to a rigorous set of standards. We’re proud to hold this accountability—it’s an essential part of contributing to a more equitable and sustainable supply stream. Who is Joe Coffee?
