The YIHUA 948DQ-II integrates a fume extractors and temperature-controlled soldering station in ONE to save your work space. This 2-IN-1 bench-top station is also combined with a solder iron holder and a solder wire dispenser to further save your desk space.
The fume extractor is fitted with filtration adsorbers in both the front and rear. The 10mm thick high-quality activated filtration adsorbers can effectively filter the harmful particles and odor from the fume. This smoke absorber fan can ensure a safe work environment, and protect you from harmful fumes generated from soldering, wood burning, stained-glass making, and more.
The smoke remover 5-blade fan design provides effective suction, and the sleeve bearing type fan has a longer operating lifespan while putting out less noise when operating. You can further reduces the noise generated by the fume extractor by adding filter in the rear further. The fume-directing fender design helps block disruptive airflow around the fume extractor, increase effective fume extraction area. The fan can extract fumes generated within 10cm (3.93 inches ± 10%).
The soldering station ℃-℉ conversion and variable temperature control functions allows you to adjust the soldering station’s temperature from 200~480℃ / 392~896℉. The unit’s built-in PID temperature stabilization and digital temperature calibration functions can smooth your soldering experience. This solder station also features sleep mode and automatic shutdown to expand the soldering iron’s lifespan and prevent potential dangers.
