Empty Graded Card Holder - Five (5) Empty Slab New sealed in package. The case comes unsealed and empty. The top and the bottom of the case are loose and do not snap in place. This is by design. For personal or hobby use, apply very light amounts of plastic adhesive along the brim of the two pieces to seal the holder once the card and label have been added.
