Meet the U-Turn Audio Orbit 2 Plus turntable. By re-imagining audiophile features and eliminating non-essentials, we've designed an elegant turntable that delivers lifelike and detailed sound. The OA3 precision gimbal tonearm boasts a one-piece magnesium armtube designed for accurate tracking and minimal distortion. This innovative tonearm also integrates internal anti-skate capabilities and features an adjustable counterweight for optimum performance. It’s paired with the Ortofon OM5E cartridge equipped with an elliptical diamond stylus that ensures a well-balanced sound output. An external belt drive incorporating an all-new seamless silicone belt not only eliminates any motor noise but also facilitates effortless manual speed changes between 33 and 45 RPM. This model does not include a built-in preamp, so it requires an external turntable preamp or an amplifier with dedicated turntable inputs.
