It measures 72 inches long and 24 inches wide to provide taller individuals with plenty of space to create a wider range of motion and perform various workout routines. When changing or maintaining poses for extended periods, the textured surface of these exercise mats produces traction for a stable, balanced footing during yoga and Pilates. They are also created with an interior fiber mesh layer to reduce mat stretch and resist tears and flaking for longevity. The high-quality, closed-cell vinyl foam construction creates a barrier against liquids, allowing these exercise floor mats to stay clean longer for easy maintenance. To clean each mat, wipe down with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar, then air dry before rolling back up.
