The Turboforce Cadet Electric Meat Grinder Features a Locked Motor Wattage of 1200 Watts, using only 550 Watts while Grinding Meat under Typical Conditions. This is a Size #8 Grinder which means the Grinding Plates are 2-7/16” in Diameter. The Hole Sizes in the Grinding Plates are 4mm, 5mm and 8mm, allowing you to choose the size of grind that works best for whatever you're making. From a Course Grind for Summer Sausages, or a Fine Grind for Delicious Burgers, the Turboforce Cadet does it all. Combining the Meat Auger with AVI (Advanced Variable Intake) Technology and the High Volume Feeder Tray which easily allows for grinding 80 to 120 Lbs of Meat per Hour Depending on the Size of Grinding Plate used and the Type of Meat being ground.
