Large Bowl Capacity: Our commercial stand mixer is equipped with a bowl 10.5 QT, allowing you to mix up to 11 LBS dough in about 10-15min. In addition, all parts touching food are made of food-grade stainless steel, which can meet the cooking needs of home as well as commercial use.
Powerful Dual Rotation Design: Our commercial dough mixer with 650W copper motor. Besides, with a speed 21 r/min bowl and a 129 r/min hook, the spiral stirring rod can achieve uniform mixing and the powerful chain drive system rotates the rod and the bucket at the same time, which can increase the contact area between the flour and the rod.
Easy Operation: It is effortless for you to control the mixing process with simple buttons and knobs. The timer knob allows you to set up mixing time within 60 minutes according to different food demands. The reset button can solve accidental breakdown problems. Besides, the indicator light clearly shows the power status.
Thoughtful Design: The security shield can prevent the hand from accidental injury and the machine will automatically power off when the security shield isn't tightly closed. Meanwhile, the transmission device and auxiliary wheel can ensure the stable operation of the machine. The bottom feet are nonslip, ensuring the stability of the dough mixer during work.
