This Yost Cross Slide Vise offers a heavy-duty base construction that will last a lifetime of hard use and provide enough clearance to traverse the lower screw even when flush mounted to a table. Precision machined castings and screws result in cross slide action that is both tighter and smoother than the average cross slide vise. Extra-tall jaws are great for clamping tight on large workpieces, but are also slotted to grip small rods horizontally and vertically. The sliding clamp handle provides greater comfort and leverage for superior clamping force.
