Our Bio Shield Tech InSite Listeria Test Species Test provides you the solution as it is an easy-to-use, self-contained, environmental friendly Listeria species test. The device contains a chromogenic liquid media formulated with antibiotics, growth enhancers, and color-changing compounds specific to Listeria species. A change in color after 24-48 hours of incubation is considered presumptive positive. No lab equipment is required to perform the test and no additional sample handling of the sample is necessary.

ENVIRONMENTAL LISTERIA SPECIES TEST: InSite Listeria is an easy-to-use, self-contained, environmental Listeria species test. Each device contains a chromogenic liquid media formulated with color-changing compounds specific to Listeria species. EASY TO INTERPRET COLOR RESULTS: It doesn’t take a microbiologist to understand these results. When Listeria species is present in a sample, the liquid media changes color from amber to black. Simply swab the test area and wait. A change in color after 24-48 hours of incubation is considered presumptive positive. FAST LISTERIA TEST KITS: The simple preparation of the one-step enrichment media, and quick and easy sample preparation enable test results within 24 or 48 hours. These can be read easily and directly from the developed strip, without the need for specialized and costly equipment. EASY SAMPLE IDENTIFICATION: The simple-to-use lateral flow technology offers good throughput scalability. From one to hundreds of samples at once, strips can be read between 10 and 20 minutes after strip development. NO EXPENSIVE LAB EQUIPMENT: No expensive lab equipment is required and no additional sample handling of the sample is necessary. All InSite test devices contain neutralizers in the wetting solution to help to improve sample collection. All Insite tests require incubation (Not Included and Sold Separately)
