This kit included Receiver and Transmitter (Remote), designed to separately control your ceiling fan speed and light brightness. More Details: 1.Controller has (HI, MED, LOW, OFF) button to control the speed of the fan and off. Without Reverse function. 2.The light button will control the light brightness dimmer and on/off. (Note: dimmer function require use haloge, incandescent, and some dimmable LED/CFL bulbs, if use other bulbs only have the on/off function.) 3.The red indicator on the transmitter will light when one of the five buttons is pressed. REMINDER: 1. Please set a new DIP switch pattern for the remote control and receiver before installing the receiver. They have a default pattern, do not use this pattern. The list of patterns: (0 is down and 1 is up) 0000, 0001, 0010, 0100, 0110, 0101, 0011, 0111, 1111, 1110, 1101, 1011, 1001, 1010, 1100, 1000 2. If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.
