- One single X-BULL 12 v synthetic rope electric winch has 13500 lb. of load capacity. High current conductivity is ensured by the multi-position control box contact material AGC, giving safety against current, voltage and temperature. High magnetic induction melting point, high temperature resistance, strong power, safe operation and high efficiency pure copper motor. Instructions: To pull the cord, move the clutch handle to the release position. Reconnect the clutch by moving the clutch handle to the engaging position. To pull out the string, move the clutch handle to the release position, slide the loop of the hook strap over the hook, and pull out the hook strap to pull out the string. Tips: Keep at least 5 complete turns of wire rope on the drum. If the winch is overloaded, the steel casing effectively protects the winch body. Frosted black paint won't rust. Avoid damaging the capstan during the working cycle and stay within the allowed duty cycle time. The Duty Cycle specifies the maximum period of 15 minutes that the winch may run at without overheating. For instance, this winch's maximum load cycle of 5% requires that at least 14 minutes pass before retransmission, 15 seconds after every 45 seconds of continuous operation.
