When preparing the receiver, please use the test lamp to tighten the metal contact points first and then push the silicone caps hard till there is no space between the top of the contact points and the caps to avoid falling off easily.
The spring sheet is thin. When adjust it, we suggest you loosen the metal points a little and then bend the top part gently. Otherwise, it may break easily.
For All Kinds of Dogs: For short or thin hair dogs, you can use the contact points covered with silicone alone. For long or thick hair dogs, you can use the contact points and the contact spring sheet simultaneously. For small dogs, if you don’t need the shock mode, you may consider using the collar without the contact points.
Warm Tips: Please fit the collar properly so that the Contact Points press firmly against the dog’s skin. When it is properly fitted, you should be able to put a finger in between the receiver collar and the dog’s neck.
Please Be Noted: Make sure the contact points press firmly against the dog’s neck is very important for the shock function works effectively.
