How to Use 1.Position the lower edge of the cuff 0.8–1.2 inches (2–3cm) above the elbow joint. 2.Place the air tube on the inner side of the arm, aligned with the middle finger. 3.Keep the cuff at the same vertical level as your heart during measurement. 4.Secure the cuff with a comfortable fit—one finger should fit between the cuff and arm. Notes Incorrect cuff positioning may affect measurement accuracy. Replace the cuff immediately if it is damaged, or if the monitor shows an air leak alert.
