If the battery is damaged, swollen, or overheats, stop using it immediately and recycle it properly. --- Problem 1: Battery Won't Charge Charger light is green: The battery might be full. Unplug it, use it for a few minutes, and try charging again. If the problem continues, the charger or battery BMS may be faulty. Charger light doesn't turn on: Check if your wall outlet works. If it does, the charger is likely defective. No light change after connecting:Ensure the XT60 connector is fully plugged in. If the battery was completely drained, leave it connected to the charger for 1-2 hours to allow the BMS to reset. Problem 2: Battery Has Power But Motor Doesn't Run Check Connections: First, ensure all cables between the battery and the bike's controller are securely connected. Reset the BMS:** Disconnect the battery from the bike for 30 seconds and reconnect it. This can reset the Battery Management System (BMS) if it tripped due to a current surge. Cuts out under acceleration: You are likely hitting the 30A current limit. Use a lower assist level or throttle more gently. Problem 3: Short Range/Runtime This is most often caused by high power consumption (high assist, throttle, hills, wind). For maximum range, use a lower assist level. Ensure your bike tires are properly inflated and brakes are not rubbing. All batteries gradually lose capacity over time and after many charge cycles. For Best Performance & Long Life: Recharge after use; avoid regularly draining it to zero. For long-term storage, charge the battery to about 50-70% and store it in a cool, dry place.
