If you have questions about setup, connection, battery replacement, holder installation, or daily use, our customer support team is available to help. 【How to Open the Tracker Tag Lid and Replace the Battery】 Use a standard U.S. coin, such as a 10-cent, 25-cent, or 50-cent coin, or a similar flat tool, and align it with the designated slot. Twist it 45° clockwise following the “Open” marking to gently release the cover. Please note: the coin or tool is not included. To secure the cover back in place, align it with the “Close” marking and twist 45° counter-clockwise until the lid is firmly closed. 【Important Holder Installation Notes】 To help keep the tracker tag securely in the rubber holder, insert the tracker with the text side facing outward. The striped side should face the inner wall of the rubber holder. If the striped side faces outward, the tracker may not sit firmly in place and could become loose during use. Please check the direction before attaching it to keys, luggage, bags, or other items. 【Connection & Setup Tips】 To help with pairing in the Find My app, do not remove the battery insulation tab until you are ready to set up the tracker. After removing the tab, pair the device within 10 minutes. If pairing is not completed within this time, twist the cover open following the “Open” direction, remove the battery, wait about 5–8 seconds, then reinstall the battery and twist the cover closed following the “Close” direction until it is secured. After you hear the beep, turn on Bluetooth, open the Find My app, and select “Add Other Item” to complete the connection.
