Ingredients With a Purpose - Free from added ingredients, this natural, unscented salt helps remove impurities from the skin and comforts tired muscles and feet after workouts. Salts dissolve quickly in warm water.
Soak in the Goodness - Bath: Add two cups of Epsom Salt to warm bath water. Soak for 20 minutes. Foot Soak: Mix one cup of Epsom Salt in a foot bath and soak feet for 10 minutes. Safe for all skin types.
Beyond the Bath - Shower: Exfoliate skin in the shower by mixing a handful of Epsom Salt with shower gel or coconut oil and gently massaging onto the skin. DIY: This can also be used to create DIY products.
